More photos from the upcoming issue of College of Charleston Magazine featuring Susie MacGillivray, a diver for the college.
Video shot and edited by me with music from the man in black. HD version is available on my vimeo page.
Not that I want to step up onto my shinebox and rant, but… in this day and age where we have camera phones that have 8mp sensors and point and shoot cameras that you could shoot a Vanity Fair cover with, why target photographers with DSLRs at concerts? Soon after arriving at the show I was told that I couldn’t use my camera at the venue because “it has a removable flash”. Uh, what?
It’s frustrating to go to a show and have “that” person in front of you, the one that insists on using a flash despite being 50 feet from the stage and only lighting the heads of the two people in front of them and possibly blinding the performing act.
Either way, I’m a loner, Dottie. A rebel. I fired off a few shots anyway and saw one of the best shows of the year.
I was recently commissioned to shoot photos for a few billboards. This one just went up a couple weeks ago.
This was one of my favorite shots from the day though. I like fire and knives.
When my good friends Ian and Brittany asked me to shoot their wedding in Atlanta, I was more than happy to oblige. They are a perfect couple and they really do have a true love for each other. Here are some of my favorite photos from the wedding.
Had a great fashion shoot with Kim a few weeks ago at One Cool Blow. I really like the location and Kim came prepared with a lot of great looks.
Just posted a few photos from yesterday morning’s early (really early) shoot. The crew team’s coach was kind enough to let me and Joe ride along to get some great shots for the upcoming issue of the College of Charleston magazine. More photos after the bump…
